If you hire and pay through TechPro and you are not satified with your project results or service, we will work to make it right.
When you hire and pay through us(optional), we will not only back your work to ensure the job is done right but we will also engage in negotiations and compensations to make the job done right in the event that a dissatisfied client and professional fail to come to a mutually acceptable resolution.
The satisfaction guarantee is designed to ensure that clients have a positive and safe experience with TechPro Services.
Although TechPro is not liable for the acts or omissions of the professionals, and does not provide insurance against losses sustained by clients, it has implemented this guarantee to enable it to work with clients to resolve certain issues that may arise during and at the end of projects booked through the TechPro platform.
Satisfaction Guarantee. TechPro offers Clients a Satisfaction guarantee valid for thirty (30) days after the Professional completes or abandons the services or work required by the agreement between Client and Professional. The Satisfaction Guarantee is intended to restore Client's confidence in the referral services provided by TechPro. The Satisfaction Guarantee does not cover faulty workmanship of the Professional and damages to your product or property that arise from or relate to the services of the Professional.
In the event that a Client and Professional are unable or unwilling to agree upon a resolution pursuant to Section 6.5, the Client may be eligible for the TechPro Satisfaction Guarantee aimed at rectifying Client's dissatisfaction with TechPro's referral if Client strictly complies with all of the conditions of this Agreement. If you do not comply with these conditions, or if you misrepresent the transaction or provide incomplete information, then the Satisfaction Guarantee will be null and void. The Satisfaction Guarantee does not extend to satisfaction with a Professional related to work or services outside the scope of your original Service Request.
In the event that the above conditions are met by the Client, TechPro may make payment to Client up to $50. TechPro reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the Satisfaction Guarantee payment amount.
The Satisfaction Guarantee is neither insurance nor security for the performance of work, services, or materials supplied by Professionals.
